EcoDialogues
Structured, Facilitated Dialogues
EcoDialogues are structured, facilitated dialogues designed to help people and organizations think and act across three systems: the personal, the relational, and the larger field. The work explores the connection between personal beliefs and broader ecological and societal systems using transdisciplinary lenses.
EcoDialogues are for those who sense that “strategy alone” is not enough, and who want a container where clarity becomes practice.
What EcoDialogues can support
- Perspective shifts that unlock new choices and new behavior
- More honest conversation within teams and communities
- Coherence between values, language, and action
- A grounded relationship to the reality of ecological crisis and social complexity
Ways to Work Together
Advisory (ongoing)
Integration support for leaders, individuals, or teams who want the dialogue to change how they live and work. Advisory focuses on translating insight into practice over time, with attention to the personal, the relational, and the larger field.
Facilitation (single session or series)
EcoDialogues as facilitated sessions for individuals, groups, or organizations. Facilitation provides a structured container for honest conversation, deeper listening, and shared meaning-making. This is the core EcoDialogues format.
Implementation support
Support for turning dialogue into durable action: next-step commitments, organizational integration, communication artifacts, and follow-through structures that prevent the dialogue from becoming a one-time experience. Implementation support is for organizations that want EcoDialogues to shape culture and decisions.
