Spaciology
A Practical Philosophy for Change
Spaciology is my research-supported philosophy of space as strategic metaphor, developed through my doctoral work. It provides a way to see where change is actually happening—or not happening—across the personal system, the relational system, and the larger field, so that action becomes coherent and sustainable.
I teach Spaciology through the Spaciology Learning Commons, where leaders and practitioners learn to apply these principles in their own work.
Three System Approach
Most challenges do not live in one place. They move across people, relationships, and context. My work holds three systems together simultaneously:
The Personal
Perspective, identity, values, attention, responsibility, and the stories that shape action.
The Relational
Trust, conflict, communication, power, accountability, and culture.
The Larger Field
The organizational, social, and ecological context shaping what is possible, including the reality of an active ecological crisis.

I work with the Independent Philanthropy Advisor Referral Group and trusted collaborative partners to support organizations with fundraising, marketing, strategic planning, and hands-on execution. We bring theory and experience—we’ve done this work, and we teach others how to think through it.
