Rowan Wilson, Storyteller
Rowan is a writer living on the New Hampshire seacoast with her two dogs, Zombi and Jasper. She recently completed her MFA in fiction at University of New Hampshire, where she was awarded the Young Dawkins III Prize in Creative Writing and the Thomas Williams Memorial Fund Award in 2026, and the Dick Shea Memorial Award in 2025.
Rowan previously worked as a news reporter at the Monadnock Ledger Transcript where she covered local news from eight towns in southwestern New Hampshire. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing at Colorado College in 2018.

Nicole Lopez, Strategist
Nicole is a multicultural educator, artist, and lifelong student of language, consciousness, and human transformation. She completed a B.A. in International Relations, an M.A. in TESOL and Applied Linguistics, an M.A. in Transformative Studies, and pursued doctoral work at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
With over fifteen years of experience in language education, she has taught multilingual learners across community colleges, K–12 schools, universities, and private professional settings, while continually investigating how language shapes identity, perception, and ways of being in the world. Her published scholarship on Language and Consciousness at the California Institute of Integral Studies reflects this ongoing exploration and serves as a foundation for her current work.
Collaborative Expertise
RPL works closely with the Independent Philanthropy Advisor Referral Group (IPAR), a national network of trusted collaborative partners who support nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations with fundraising, marketing, strategic planning, operations, accounting, and hands-on implementation.
Partners
Founder Ian Shea’s work sits at the intersection of lived operational reality and disciplined organizational analysis. He approaches complexity not as an abstract strategist, but as someone who has repeatedly operated inside volatility, where clarity, restraint, and judgment determine whether systems hold or fail.
